• 管理店舖團隊，計劃並共同制定工作及達成目標
• 制定及執行店舖政策、目標及營運程序，包括市場推廣活動及銷售策略
• 管理庫存及安排補貨工作
• 熟悉並能有效操作POS銷售系統

• 持學位/文憑或同等學歷
• 具6年或以上電器、家具或廚櫃品牌相關之工作經驗
• 具豐富店舖管理經驗
• 具良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• 具良好管理及團隊培訓能力
