About the Roles

Join our team as an HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer with an industrial equipment manufacturer based in Boon Lay. This permanent role offers a competitive salary package of up to $5,500 basic salary, transport allowance, and variable bonus, with a stable 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm). You will play a key role in driving HVAC solution sales, supporting clients across various sectors, and delivering tailored engineering solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage potential customers across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design HVAC solutions that address customer requirements.
• Conduct site surveys with subcontractors and vendors for HVAC upgrading projects, including chiller plant and airside systems.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, briefings, and proposals to clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure.
• Prepare and negotiate sales agreements according to company guidelines and customer needs.
• Compile sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering suitable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
