Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop creative artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
Prepare artwork and production files according to specifications and company branding guidelines.
Coordinate projects from design conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
Manage project schedules, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and printing vendors on project requirements.
Coordinate artwork revisions, approvals, production, and delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation, artwork files, quotations, and project records.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Good project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
