SENIOR MANUAL QA ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing across web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, track and retest defects, working closely with development teams to ensure resolution.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, ensuring software quality before release.
• Review test coverage and continuously improve testing processes.

Skills Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with strong manual testing experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Able to independently design test cases and execute structured testing activities.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory, including the ability to read and communicate effectively.

Technical Competencies

• Manual testing and test case design
• Functional, regression and integration testing
• SIT / UAT
• Defect tracking and management
• Web and mobile application testing

Good to Have

• Exposure to test automation, performance testing or security testing.
• Familiarity with QA management and defect tracking tools.

Work Arrangements

• On-site
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• RM8,000 – RM12,000
