Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual brand plan for assigned brands, translating regional strategy into locally relevant campaigns.
• Deliver share, sales and profit targets; track brand KPIs and recommend corrective action where needed.
• Plan and run integrated 360 media and activation plans, including digital, social, in-store and e-commerce.
• Lead new product launches, the promotion calendar and portfolio priorities.
• Manage the advertising & promotion (A&P) budget and evaluate return on spend.
• Brief and manage creative, media and digital agencies.
• Use consumer insights and market data (e.g. Nielsen) to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Shopper and Expert (healthcare professional) Marketing, Medical/Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver the plan.
• Ensure all claims and materials meet regulatory and internal approval requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of brand management experience in a multinational FMCG or consumer health (OTC, VMS, oral care) company.
• Proven record of building and executing brand plans that grew share and sales.
• Hands-on experience launching new products and running large-scale campaigns.
• Experience managing A&P budgets and agencies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; comfortable with market data and P&L.
• Experience in a regulated category (health, nutrition or personal care) is an advantage.
• Able to ramp up fast, adapt to change and work across functions.
• Available to start at short notice for a 12-month contract.
