Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Potential) Site Manager (Data Center Construction)


We are seeking experienced Site Managers to support the delivery of large-scale Data Center construction and fit-out projects in Kuala Lumpur.

This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily construction activities across the project site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress against programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and site standards
• Identify and mitigate construction risks and site issues
• Support commissioning and project handover activities
• Provide regular progress updates to project leadership
  
  

What you'll need:

• Experience managing large-scale construction projects as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar
• Exposure to Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, M&E, or major infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of site operations, contractor management, and construction methodologies
• Familiarity with health, safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
