Job Scope

• Coordinate and supervise daily M&E works, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, lifts, and other related systems.
• Coordinate M&E works with civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, quality, and work progress.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor defects and rectification works.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, safety standards, and approved drawings.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain relevant M&E documentation, including as-built drawings and handover documents.
• Report M&E issues, progress, and delays to the Project Manager/MEP Manager.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant M&E experience, preferably in high-rise/building projects.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction coordination.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
