Job Summary

Support public relations and project operations by managing resident inquiries and complaints, coordinating with contractors, and providing accurate administrative assistance to ensure smooth project workflows.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to residents’ requests and complaints at the Information Centre counter and hotline to maintain positive community relations

Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and filing to support Public Relations Officer tasks

Facilitate clear communication with relevant parties to resolve public relations and project-related issues

Collaborate closely with contractors to identify and implement proactive measures that reduce complaints from construction activities

Deliver comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office and project operations

Execute administrative tasks accurately and on time to support project workflows and deadlines

Engage stakeholders effectively to uphold and enhance the company’s reputation and goodwill

Provide administrative and logistical support for construction working committee meetings, which may occur during or outside regular working hours (9am to 11pm)

Assist with additional administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

GCE 'O' Level certificate with at least 1 year of clerical work experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and one other official language to support diverse stakeholder interactions
