We support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order processing and efficient fulfilment through precise label printing, sorting, and order verification.
Job Summary
You will support warehouse operations by printing and sorting shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and assisting with packing to maintain smooth fulfilment processes.
Responsibilities
Print and sort shipping labels accurately and efficiently daily to support order processing
Match printed labels with correct products and orders to ensure order accuracy before dispatch
Verify that stock picked matches shipping labels to prevent packing errors
Identify and report discrepancies in orders or inventory promptly to enable timely resolution
Assist in packing and preparing orders for shipment to meet dispatch schedules
Organize labels, orders, and workspace to maintain an efficient and safe work environment
Support general warehouse operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate tasks and support team operations
Assist as a packer when required to maintain operational flow
Required competencies and certifications
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend as part of physical warehouse duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Basic computer skills to operate printing systems and order management software
Prior warehouse or logistics experience to contribute to operational efficiency
Positive teamwork attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues
