Job Summary
Deliver exceptional Spa & Wellness treatments in line with Marina Bay Sands and Forbes service standards. Provide safe, professional and personalised treatments while supporting daily spa operations, guest satisfaction and revenue through thoughtful consultation and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver spa treatments professionally according to approved standards and protocols.
- Conduct guest consultations, understand needs and contraindications, and tailor treatments appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on guest needs.
- Deliver warm, discreet and professional service while representing Marina Bay Sands' luxury service standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with Spa & Wellness Reception on bookings, guest preferences and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, treatment information and required documentation.
- Monitor treatment-room supplies, product usage and stock levels while minimising wastage.
- Work closely with the Spa & Wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Participate in technical, service, product, hygiene and safety training.

Job Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or other recognised spa-related certification is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort or day-spa environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Customer-oriented, professional and comfortable working with people.
- Team player with basic computer knowledge.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
