What You'll Do

• Prepare, issue and manage quotations, ensuring pricing and terms are accurate

• Draft, review and manage sales agreements with the sales team

• Issue invoices and follow up on payments from clients promptly

• Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline, and prepare regular sales reports

• Coordinate with the China team and internal departments on orders and customer requests

• Research relevant events and trade shows, and support sales coordination before, during and after events

• Manage the company's social media and LinkedIn page, including scheduling post

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, ideally in B2B or IT

• Experience handling quotations, invoices and sales agreements

• Strong attention to detail, especially with pricing, documents and numbers

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools and content tools such as Canva

• Experience organising or attending trade shows or exhibitions is a plus

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
