Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute 360 marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales, footfall, and brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and performance advertising.
• Collaborate with retail operations to plan and implement in-store promotions, events, and activations.
• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and impactful campaign delivery.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Drive product launch activities, public relations efforts, and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
• Support CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs to enhance engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience; retail, fashion, beauty, or jewellery industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking teams or partners.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
