Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Meet and communicate with clients, build professional relationships, understand their needs, and identify potential business opportunities.

- Content Creation: Plan, create, and develop engaging content for social media platforms, including promotional materials, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns.

- Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content using suitable editing tools to support marketing objectives.

- Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and ensure content aligns with the company's branding and objectives.

- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and online enquiries professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships across social media platforms.

- Business Development: Support lead generation, explore potential business opportunities, and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and business growth.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and achieve shared business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong interest in marketing, business development, and digital content creation.

- Comfortable appearing on camera for video content, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.

- A positive attitude, creative thinking, and a genuine interest in developing business opportunities.
