As part of our rapid expansion plan, we seek dynamic individuals to join our esteemed organization for a challenging and rewarding career. We invite suitable, competent and responsible candidates to apply for the following permanent positions for our new SOGO 118 Mall store.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries on products and services.
• Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.
• Providing the appropriate service standards and build good rapport with customers.
• Assisting in all aspects in retail store and follow Company’s policies and regulations.
• Reporting to Floor Executive and Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualifications with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Must be disciplined and committed.
• Contract duration will be from 10 November 2026 - 3 January 2027.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
