We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join Ann Joo Group and contribute in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
• Implement safety programs, policies, and training
• Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety
• Coordinate factory and machinery inspections with JKKP
• Manage audiometric testing and related health reporting
• Prepare and submit JKKP 7 and JKKP 8 reports
• Monitor fire safety systems and conduct safety meetings
• Manage work permits, HIRARC, and CHRA documentation
• Maintain safety records and perform other assigned duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety & Health, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Greenbook Holder
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
