Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects)
• Familiar with or willing to actively adopt AI design/video tools
• Willing to travel for on-site events and outdoor shoots (at least once a month)
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate across departments

About the Role

We are looking for a creative all-rounder to drive the visual identity of Salpido, our in-house IT peripherals and mobile accessories brand. This role goes beyond static design — you’ll handle product and packaging design, marketing visuals, and short-form video content, while leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter.

We are open to both entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio and experienced designers ready to take ownership of the brand’s creative output.

 Key Responsibilities

Product & Packaging Design

• Design IT peripheral products under the Salpido brand — mobile accessories (power banks, cables, holders) and computer peripherals (speakers, keyboards, mice, soundbars, chassis)
• Create product appearance designs, packaging designs, and product specification images
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility and production quality
• Join product development meetings and provide professional design input

Marketing & Content Design

• Produce posters, banners, graphics and digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and internal communications
• Maintain brand consistency across all product and marketing touchpoints

Short Video & Editing

• Edit short-form video content for social media and e-commerce platforms
• Work with raw footage provided by the in-house photographer/videographer and turn it into finished, platform-ready content
• Keep up with short video trends and formats

AI-Assisted Design

• Use AI design and video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Runway or similar) to speed up concepting, image generation and editing
• Explore and propose new AI workflows that improve output quality and turnaround time

On-Site Marketing Activities

• Attend marketing activities at least once a month — roadshows, trade fairs, exhibitions, booth setup and outdoor product shoots
• Represent the Salpido brand on-site and gather design inspiration from market and competitor exposure
• Additional allowance provided for event participation, determined case by case

Asset Management

• Maintain and organise design files, product asset libraries and video archives in an orderly, retrievable system
