Coordinate daily import and export warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and service standards.

Work closely with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors to arrange special handling for shipments.

Support daily toolbox meetings and maintain good housekeeping practices.

Review warehouse processes and recommend improvements to achieve quality management objectives.

Coordinate with customers, internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor compliance with workplace safety, security and quality procedures.

Liaise with internal Customer Service teams and appointed vendors on operational matters.

Coordinate with third-party transport providers to ensure efficient cargo collection and delivery.

Maintain operational records and follow company SOPs.

Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
