Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, explain products and assist with orders.
• Arrange and replenish bakery displays, maintaining product presentation and freshness.
• Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Slice and pack bakery products using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
• Prepare and serve simple beverages according to outlet standards.
• Rotate between service, cashiering, display and beverage stations as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Check product labels, stock levels and expiry dates, and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with opening, closing and other reasonable duties related to outlet operations.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, beverage counter service or drink preparation is preferred.
• Friendly, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to follow food handling procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Good communication skills and attention to accuracy when handling orders and payments.
