The Role
Sit at the centre of business and IT. You will turn business needs into clear, buildable products, own the backlog and roadmap, and make sure what gets delivered creates real business value. You report to the Product Lead and support the Business Transformation Head on programme management across multiple project streams.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business objectives and processes into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, deciding what to prioritise, defer or decline
• Protect committed scope with Engineering and manage changes through a controlled process
• Own the what and why, while Engineering owns the how
• Review and accept completed work against agreed test scenarios and the definition of done, and lead UAT
• Clear delivery roadblocks and manage stakeholder dependencies
• Lead change management, process re-engineering and product adoption
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance and delivery standards
• Keep stakeholders informed on status, priorities and upcoming releases
• Own business outcomes and user adoption beyond go-live

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science or equivalent
• 5+ years on complex agile scrum software projects, preferably in container shipping
• Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile and Scrum
• Product management best practices across time, quality, budget and scope
• Experience driving transformation and process re-engineering involving build or buy software
• Proven stakeholder management across third-party vendors, IT and cross-functional teams
• Sharp problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
• Strong communication, at all levels
• Self-motivated, collaborative, patient and always keen to learn
