Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and assess new business opportunities, markets, and partnership prospects in Singapore and the region
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close major deals and contracts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development plans with company goals
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance, forecasts, and key metrics to management
- Lead and mentor the business development team, setting goals and monitoring performance
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Oversee market entry and expansion projects, including new product or service launches
