Responsibilities
About the role
Senko Advanced Components is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure incoming products meet strict quality and performance standards. In this role, you will conduct quality assurance inspections on plastic and metal materials upon arrival at warehouse locations.
Key responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished goods (primarily plastics and precision metal parts)
Conduct hands-on quality audits directly upon shipment arrival at assigned external warehouses
Log inspection results, generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and escalate defect trends to quality and procurement teams
Coordinate effectively with warehouse operators, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to resolve quality issues promptly
About you
1–3 years of hands-on Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, or component distribution
Direct experience inspecting plastic (e.g., molded components) and metal (e.g., machined/stamped hardware) parts
Proficiency with standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and reading technical drawings/specifications
Clear verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and conversational Mandarin/English for vendor and team coordination
High attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable working independently across different warehouse environments
