DeMi Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, supporting digital campaigns, analysing marketing performance, and strengthening the Group’s online presence.

This is an immediate hiring position. Candidates must be available to commence work on 1 September 2026.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.

Experience in creating digital content, graphics, and social media materials.

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital platforms.

Monitor digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Support initiatives to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content Creation & Management

Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Develop creative content including graphics, videos, and interactive digital materials.

Manage and update company websites and social media platforms.

Optimise digital content for SEO and online visibility.

Ensure all content is relevant, engaging, timely, and aligned with the Group’s brand guidelines.

Social Media Management

Develop and maintain social media content calendars.

Schedule and publish regular content across relevant social media platforms.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Track social media performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaign performance.

Track social media and website metrics using relevant analytics tools.

Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign and audience insights.

Event & Marketing Support

Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, product launches, campaigns, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution of events and marketing activities.

Prepare post-event reports and evaluate campaign/event effectiveness.

Support cross-functional marketing and branding initiatives.

Brand Management

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across digital and marketing materials.

Support initiatives to strengthen DeMi Group’s brand visibility and reputation.

Collaborate with the marketing and corporate communication teams on branding activities.
