Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Patient, responsible, and able to handle customer enquiries professionally.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Assist customers with enquiries, requests, complaints, and issue resolution.

Follow up with customers on pending matters.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and interactions.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
