We're Hiring: Servicedesk Engineer (12 hrs shift job) - $2800/month!

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Servicedesk Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring 12-hour shifts. If you have at least 1 year of IT support experience and enjoy solving technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
️ Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records of user interactions and solutions
Ensure excellent customer service during all interactions

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT servicedesk/support role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS environments
Ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
