Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents, visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional first point of contact.
Handle phone calls, online enquiries and visitor registrations efficiently.
Provide accurate information, directions and assistance to residents, families and visitors.
Attend to residents’ and guests’ requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely follow-up.
Perform administrative duties including billing, maintaining guest records, facility bookings and shift handovers.
Prepare daily or periodic reports and ensure accurate and effective handover between shifts.
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Relevant hospitality, customer service or front desk experience
is a plus point.
Professional, well-presented and personable, with a strong passion for service.
Warm, patient and empathetic when interacting with elderly residents and their families.
Good communication, administrative and organisational skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
Comfortable working on a roster, including
weekends and public holidays
.
Positive attitude, responsible and attentive to details.
