• Oversee all aspects of pre- and post-contract administration, including tendering, contract negotiation, award, and execution.
• Review, interpret, and analyze contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure alignment with project requirements, legal standards, and company policies.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate contractual claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual matters to ensure cost control, compliance, and effective risk management.
• Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditures, cash flow, and cost reports to maintain financial efficiency and project viability.
• Manage contractual disputes, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure proper documentation for claims and settlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and project correspondence.
• At least 5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Fresh grade also welcome
