Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of business development or sales experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies
Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business reports
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Mentor and guide junior business development staff
Track performance against targets and report to management.
