Responsibilities
Organise and facilitate active ageing programmes for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community.
Monitor programme delivery to ensure activities meet established standards and achieve the intended participation and engagement outcomes.
Develop and implement new programmes and services in response to the needs and feedback of service users.
Gather participant feedback and conduct evaluations for regular programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance programme quality and participant experience.
Coordinate programme-related communications with partners, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance to volunteers supporting programme activities.
Monitor and manage programme budgets, materials and other resources.
Work with community organisations and external partners to coordinate and deliver programmes and activities.
