1. Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts.

2. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

3. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

4. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations management.

5. Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.

6. Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

7. Monitor stock levels and communicate with the inventory team when necessary.

8. Handle documentation, including quotations, proposals, and agreements.

9. Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
