Our client is a leading listed energy services group with a strong track record in the upstream O&G sector and with diverse service portfolio and pipeline. As the business embarks on its next phase of growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced executive to oversee a diversified portfolio of business units and drive operational excellence across the Group.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for leading and optimising more than 10 business units across the organisation, ensuring strong operational performance, profitability, and alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

This role is approximately:

• 80% Operations
• 20% Strategy & Transformation

You will play a key role in driving business performance, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and transformation initiatives as the company scales for its next stage of growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience within the upstream O&G industry.
• Strong understanding of the sector from either an operator or oilfield services environment.
• Proven track record managing multiple business units, divisions, or P&Ls.
• Experience leading large-scale operational improvement, transformation, or growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders.
