Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively within a team.

Candidates with experience in fire protection systems and piping construction are preferred.

Handle daily administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document control, and record management.

Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.

Maintain and update office records, employee-related documents, and internal databases.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative schedules when required.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external parties on administrative matters.

Monitor office supplies, coordinate purchases, and ensure the office environment is well maintained.

Assist with general office operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
