- Contact suppliers to request quotations and check prices
- Compare supplier prices, product specifications and availability
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and stock availability
- Follow up on late or incomplete deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-in customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders (DO)
- Assist customers with product availability and basic product enquiries
- Maintain proper filing of quotations, invoices, DOs and purchasing documents
- Update product prices and supplier information
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and arranging stock replenishment
- Coordinate with store/warehouse staff regarding incoming and outgoing goods
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Carry out other related tasks assigned by management
