San Francisco Coffee Hiring! Full Time Senior Accounts Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Description:
1. Management Reporting – maintaining a full set of accounts; preparation of monthly management accounts and the required accounting schedules.

2. Bookkeeping – entry into accounting system: sales & purchases invoices, expenses, capital expenditure, staff claims and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.

3. Preparation of SST Reports and submission of SST returns

4. Liaising with auditors and tax agent – preparation of the year-end financial statements and supporting schedules for external audit/tax purposes and attending to auditors’/tax agent’s queries.

5. To execute a portfolio of accounting clients under guidance of accounting manager/supervisor

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

2. At least 5 years relevant experience is required.

3. Able to keep full set of accounts and closing of monthly accounts.

4. Hands-on experience in Accounting for SST and familiar with SST coding.

5. Good command of both written & spoken English.

6. Motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

7. Willing to learn, possess positive attitude, client service mentality and good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
