We are looking for a service-oriented Customer Care Consultant to join a growing customer service team within the insurance industry.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance across various service channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, resolving enquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, procedures and services.
• Assist customers with policy-related enquiries, documentation, account updates and general servicing requests.
• Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure cases are resolved within the required service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of customer requests.
• Ensure all interactions are handled in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.
• Contribute towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
• Candidates with strong customer service skills from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage customer enquiries calmly and professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance products or policy servicing will be an advantage.
