Own the Store

• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business every day.
• Ensure product displays reflect the brand and showcase our latest collections.
• Manage inventory accurately and keep stock readily available.
• Plan staff schedules to support customer traffic and business needs.
• Ensure daily operations follow company policies and standards.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of retail experience, including at least 1.5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• A passion for sports, retail, and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Ability to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
