Telemarketer role in the real estate industry responsible for cold-calling new potential leads, appointment setting, and following up on inbound enquiries to convert them into sales leads.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Telemarketing activity for new potential leads via cold-calling.
• Industry: Real estate.
• Appointment fixing with new leads.
• Follow-up on inbound enquiries and convert them into sales leads.
• Preferably someone with telemarketing or customer service experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Preference given to candidates available immediately or within short notice.
