Key Responsibilities :

Achieve operational and performance goals, strengthen training, and drive continuous service improvement.

Prepare next month’s working schedule, discuss with the manager, then publish it in the group.

Verify the working schedule and overtime hours before submitting them to the manager for payroll calculation.

Prepare all supplier payment receipts of the month and submit them to the manager.

Ensure the monthly closing stock list is completed with correct calculation.

Arrange monthly microphone sponge cleaning.

Record the quantity of goods that need to be ordered at the beginning of next month (no bulk orders allowed after the 25th of each month).

Assist the manager in executing or arranging pest control spraying or inspections (usually once every 3 months).
