NCI Concrete Industries Sdn. Bhd. Hiring! Full Time Batching Plant System Operator Cum Wheel Loader Operator in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

1. Minimum SPM, vocational certificate or equivalent qualification.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience operating a concrete batching plant system.

3. Must have practical experience operating a wheel loader.

4. Familiar with computerised batching systems, concrete production procedures and basic mix design information.

5. Basic knowledge of cement, aggregates, admixtures and ready-mixed concrete production is required.

6. Able to perform basic equipment inspections and identify abnormal plant conditions.

7. Relevant machinery operation training or competency certificate will be an advantage.

8. Candidates who possess a valid Malaysian driving licence will be given preference.

9. Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor, dusty and industrial environment when required.

10. Responsible, safety-conscious, punctual and attentive to detail.

11. Able to communicate and follow work instructions in Bahasa Malaysia. Basic English will be an advantage.

12. Willing to work shifts, overtime, early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays according to production requirements.

Batching Plant System Operation

1. Operate the computerized batching plant control system to produce ready-mixed concrete according to confirmed orders and approved mix designs.

2. Verify the customer’s name, project, concrete grade, quantity, slump and delivery requirements before starting each batch.

3. Select and apply the correct approved mix design for each production order.

4. Monitor the weighing and dosing of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures during production.

5. Monitor moisture correction, mixing time, material flow and concrete discharge through the control system.

6. Ensure no unauthorized changes are made to approved mix designs, water content or admixture dosage.

7. Coordinate with the Production & Dispatch Manager, QA/QC team and mixer truck drivers during production.

8. Monitor plant alarms, weighing errors and equipment abnormalities, and report any faults immediately.

9. Stop production safely when equipment failure, incorrect materials or other serious abnormalities are detected.

10. Record daily production quantities, batch information, material consumption, downtime and system abnormalities.

11. Print and verify batching records and relevant production documents.

12. Carry out basic daily inspections and cleaning of the batching control room and operating system.

Wheel Loader Operation

1. Operate the wheel loader to transfer sand and aggregates from stockpiles into the correct storage bins.

2. Ensure different aggregate sizes and materials are placed in the correct bins and are not mixed or contaminated.

3. Maintain sufficient aggregate levels in the storage bins according to the production schedule.

4. Manage aggregate stockpiles properly and maintain safe access routes within the plant.

5. Conduct pre-operation inspections of the wheel loader, including tyres, brakes, lights, hydraulic systems, fuel and lubricants.

6. Report equipment defects, leaks, damage or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor or maintenance team.

7. Perform basic cleaning and daily maintenance of the wheel loader in accordance with company procedures.

General Duties

1. Assist with plant cleaning, minor maintenance and production preparation when required.

2. Maintain good housekeeping in the control room, loading area, aggregate bins and surrounding plant areas.

3. Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment at all times.

4. Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production & Dispatch Manager or management.
