Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, ensuring every client receives outstanding service.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and dedicated after-sales support.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and sales expertise by identifying customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and driving cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets while fostering a positive team environment.
• Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand image.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock handling, replenishment, and regular stock checks.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, inventory controls, and point-of-sale processes to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Able to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
