Responsibilities
Food Production Supervisor
Must possess knowledge of factory food processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating, and food preservation.
Minimum three years of relevant working experience in a similar role is required.
Required to work permanent night shifts.
Must possess knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be familiar with inventory management, stock checking, and proper storage procedures.
Must have good time management skills to ensure smooth operational flow from factory production to outlet distribution.
Required to work in cold-room environments with appropriate protective gear provided.
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge for machinery maintenance and minor repairs would be an advantage, though not mandatory.
