Job Description
- Assist in all marketing and property-related matters.
- Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.
- Assist with marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support.
- Assist management in various business and operational matters.
- Handle general administrative duties
- Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.
- Experience in the property development industry will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of property portals, digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, responsible and a good team player.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
