About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near
Boon Keng
MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manning of General Office Counter
Manage General Office reception
Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the AuthorityItem.
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience as a receptionist/ admin assistance in a Government/ Government Aided School (preferably Secondary School)/ Autonomous University Environment.
At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
Able to communicate and write well in English.
Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Preferably have first aid certification.

Key Responsibilities
Manning of General Office Counter
Manage General Office reception
- Attend to students, parents and walk-in visitors queries
- Attend to goods delivery
- Updating of daily student attendance
- Follow up with absentees
- Attend to students leaving school early, prepare early dismissal slips (eg. for students unwell or medical appointment)
- Assist in managing the sickbay and attend to unwell students
- Providing first aid to students who are injured (eg. small cuts,abrasion/bruise), follow-up with completion of incident report
- Assist and guide staff on completion of incident report
Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the AuthorityItem.

Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunchbreak
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
