Job Duties：

• To manage the daily operations of the shop
• Execute company’s strategies to achieve company’s objectives
• Resolve customer services issues whenever required and ensure the highest services standard is maintained
• Ensure the store visual merchandising is maintained in accordance with the company’s display guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the subordinates

Requirements：

• 5-7 years of experience in luxury brands of writing instruments, accessories / hard goods, and leather goods
• Mature, organized and self-driver
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor

(Remark : Relevant working reference is required for job interview)
