• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Interested in AI applications, software engineering, system integration, and solving real-world business problems.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language.
• Willing to learn about Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, cloud platforms, and software deployment.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, curious, and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is an advantage.

As a builder, you will help create and scale customer-facing integrations and tools that make our products easier to deploy and operate. You will work directly with customers and product teams to turn real-world problems into reliable engineering solutions.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, integrating, and customising AI-powered software solutions to meet customer business requirements.
• Work with engineering and business teams to understand customer challenges and identify suitable technical solutions.
• Support the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) applications using AI tools, APIs, and software technologies.
• Assist in integrating AI models, LLMs, APIs, and cloud-based services into customer workflows and existing systems.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and optimising AI applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Assist in analysing customer requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Support the implementation and deployment of AI solutions in customer environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution demonstrations, and implementation reports.
• Conduct research on AI technologies, software tools, and automation solutions to address real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and customers to gather feedback and improve deployed solutions.
• Perform other engineering and technical support tasks as assigned.
