Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions worldwide.

• Identify and develop opportunities in undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and continuing education programmes.

• Research international education systems, qualification recognition, and education policies across key markets.

• Build and manage a database of university partners and drive partnership agreements, programme development, and student recruitment channels.

• Develop business strategies for international higher education partnerships and support the commercialisation of education programmes.

• Lead partnership negotiations and oversee the implementation of collaborative education projects.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in higher education, international university partnerships, student recruitment, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of higher education systems in Singapore, Malaysia, and major English-speaking countries.

• Proven experience in university partnerships, international admissions, or continuing education programmes.

• Strong business development, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Ability to work across cultures and manage international stakeholder relationships independently.

• Candidates with experience in university international relations offices, admissions departments, or continuing education institutions will have an advantage.
