Responsibilities
- Operations: Coordinate and monitor daily food manufacturing activities to meet production targets.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA/local food health regulations. Conduct regular quality checks.
- Team Leadership: Manage shift schedules, evaluate worker performance, and resolve conflicts on the floor.
- Troubleshooting: Identify production bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of production outputs, waste, and maintenance issues.
