Responsibilities
Have experience processing insurance policies? Join a policy servicing team and gain exposure to insurance operations, system testing and process improvements!
Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 1-month completion bonus
Location: Near Eunos MRT
Contract: 12 months, extendable
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
What You’ll Do
Process policy issuance and other policy servicing requests within required timelines
Check policy documents for accuracy and follow company procedures
Maintain proper filing and document archiving
Support system testing and new insurance product launches
Help improve work processes and assist with daily operations
What You’ll Need
Diploma with at least 1 year of insurance industry experience
Relevant policy-processing experience, preferably in Personal Lines insurance
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Meticulous, customer-focused and able to work independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in system testing or process improvements is a plus
