Job Summary
Lead and manage project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while aligning with company goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams to achieve project excellence and meet targets
Manage and implement changes within the project team to maintain progress
Motivate team members and subcontractors to work cohesively toward project goals
Plan and organize overall site resources and logistics for efficient operations
Develop and map out the Master Programme to guide project timelines
Set project targets aligned with company objectives and goals
Oversee project delivery to meet approved contract completion dates and phased milestones
Ensure quality delivery by meeting client expectations and complying with regulatory requirements
Liaise with architects and consultants on construction matters during site progression
Plan and monitor preliminary cost budgets to keep project costs within approved limits
Develop projected S-curve for financial cash flow management of the project
Implement control measures on material, plant, equipment, and utilities usage
Control direct labor costs through effective labor allocation and overtime management
Required competencies and certifications
Degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering
Diploma in Civil or Building disciplines
Certification for CSCPM (Certified Structural and Civil Project Manager)
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant construction project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
