ENGIE Southeast Asia Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in - Ricebowl

Please note that the work location is at Changi and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Mon to Fri, 7.30am to 5pm, Sat, 7.30am to 12pm).

Responsibilities

1. To manage claims for IBC works (e.g., monthly payment claims, final BQ computations) and ensures timely submission to the FMM.
2. To review quotation rates and certifies contractors’ invoices to ensure alignment with COPs and Purchase Orders.
3. To ensure completeness and timeliness of all financial and administrative submissions required for project processing.
4. To conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss cost management matters, including claim valuation and final account closure

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in quantity surveying or construction projects
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
• Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification
