• Help prepare client materials showing compliance, risk, and financial impact.
• Client Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, live software demos, and slide decks to existing and prospective clients to demonstrate product capabilities and value.
• Voice of Customer (VoC) & Product Feedback: Collect client feedback, recurring pain points, and feature requests to advocate for client needs with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Technical Support).
• Account Expansion Support: Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities during routine client touchpoints and partner with the business development/sales team to drive account growth.
• Training & Ongoing Enablement: Deliver refresher training, product updates, and guidance to existing users to encourage ongoing engagement and adoption.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
